Let’s Workout!

Morning exercises are an important part of the day. Exercise boosts your mood, increases blood flow to the brain, and improves focus. Starting the day off with exercises will give kids the energy and the brain power to make it through the day. We are doing an intense set of 7 exercises with 20 repetitions for each exercise. It will be hard to keep up with the high paced tempo of the music but with daily practice we’re sure to get better!
