Through the year, K3 have been making all sorts of crazy and incredible artwork. Today was no different, as we tried our hand at making sculptures!

We used different coloured clay to design and build an animal of our choice. The pupils chose a range of animals; an octopus, a spider, a jellyfish, and a turtle were among the creations! Everyone worked hard to create a unique and interesting animal.

Once finished, we also needed somewhere for our animals to live. We discussed the different type of environments and settings these animals live in, before we used coloured pencils to bring them to life. With a range of colours and ideas, pupils created an interesting backdrop for our sculptures to live in, bringing our artwork to life!

Dip into the ocean, get lost in a sandy desert, or immerse yourself in a forest; we did it all in K3 art! What wonderful creations! Well done everyone!
