Hello Thursday readers, welcome back! A few weeks ago we posted about our K3 students drawing their self-portraits.

This week we went a little more into detail and added some special effects. Students had another opportunity to draw their portraits.

Students drew the upper half of their face while the bottom was an actual picture of them.

Next, students covered their top half and drew a mask for the lower section.

The art theme this month was really beneficial for the students to practice their multi-tasking skills, fine motor skills, and just their overall hand-eye coordination.
