Beens and Seeds!

In our preaccess session this week, we focused on the theme of harvesting and crops. We started by reviewing our monthly theme cards, which highlighted the importance and variety of crops.

Next, we delved into a discussion about beans and seeds, understanding their different types and their significance in our food. The kids were keen to learn, and their enthusiasm was evident.

The highlight of the day was the art activity. Using cardboard cutouts of various shapes, each student got a chance to get hands-on. They glued beans and seeds onto these cutouts, creating unique patterns and designs.

This wasn’t just about art; it was also a learning experience. The activity combined creativity with knowledge, teaching kids about patterns, motor skills, and nature’s variety.

We aim to make each lesson engaging and informative. Through such activities, we help our students connect with nature and understand their environment better. Keep an eye out for more updates from our preaccess class!
