We have spelling tests every Thursday for phonics class. It is the first time for K2 class to have these kinds of tests so we need as much practice as we can get!
We started a new game where each child gets two picture cards. They have to think about what each picture card is, and then spell them out by choosing from ten letter cards.

When they finish, they can turn over the picture cards and check if they were correct or not.

         After that, they write out their two words on paper with a pencil.

This seems to be working because we’ve been getting quite a few 100% test scores lately! Keep up the good work kids!
